Jalan Banceuy is an auto part and car accessory street. It is lined up with stores and street vendors selling all kinds of auto parts and car accessories - used or new, original or counterfeit - at prices that are cheaper than you'd get anywhere else.

too many choices. i like places like this, you usually get good items for half the price.

the place you describe is the same as the one we have here too.
it's almost a whole block of street, selling car items and accessories.
Why would one buy a second steering wheel? unless its maybe for the kids keep em quiet while on a journey.
At least, the steering wheel is yet a beginning......Little by little one can create one's own and original car.....Just kidding...I'm not a "cat person".
